Hello, my name is Emma I am the deputy manager and I also run the Tiny Turtles room at The Wigwam.
I have been at the Wigwam since October 2008 and really enjoy working with at the nursery and in Tiny Turtles. On a day to day basis in the room we enjoy doing lots of creative activities and getting messy.
I have currently not been in the nursery on Wednesday afternoons as I have been studying for my foundation degree in early years childhood studies, although I complete this on the 1st July.
Within the Tiny Turtles we try to engage our parents in the activities and learning that takes place so if any parents would like to contribute ideas or information about their children’s likes and dislikes the staff would love to hear from you. I also know that some parents attend classes outside of the nursery with the children so if you would like to share information on these we would love to include aspects of those into our daily activities.
Also I am the Deputy Manager so if you have any queries or cannot get hold of Christabelle or Emma Gealy (Nursery Manager), then I am happy to help you.
