Hi, I’m Christabelle and take care of all the admin at both the Teepee and the Wigwam nurseries.
I am not sure if the parents at the Teepee are aware of this. So in case you do not hear from me on Mondays or Wednesdays, it’s not that I am ignoring your messages -- it’s just that I haven’t managed to get to my mail. In case it’s something urgent email Leanne or call the nursery.
For the parents at the Wigwam – it would be nice to hear from you with regard to changes in sessions, extra sessions, extra dawn chorus sessions or changes with regard to carers or emergency contacts, holidays. Leave Emma Gealy (Nursery Mangers) to carry on with the more important issues relating to your child’s development in the rooms and with helping and developing the team at the Wigwam.
I’m ready for my holiday and I’m sure you are too. So keep us informed of the dates of when you are away on holiday enjoying in the sun somewhere far away from here. Fill in the holiday forms or just send me an email.
Also to remind the proud parents whose children are leaving to go to primary school in September that the notice period for leaving is 2 months. So don’t forget to give me your leave dates by the end of June or else you’ll be paying for September even though your child will be in Primary school and I’m sure you wouldn’t want that to happen.
