Hi Thank you for your feedback on our recent questionnaire, it’s always great to get your feedback. One of the comments was on getting the drain covered in the entrance into the Deers. We know this has been a problem and is one of the past bits that the builders have been yet to complete as part of the snagging for our refurb. Thanks to the nudge from you I’ve taken matters into my own hands and an getting an independent plumber to come in and fix it – so watch this space they should be done very soon.
