As some of you have seen from your wonderful comments we have changed the layout in the deer’s. The new way is working really well.
Our home corner is now on the carpet in a bigger space which enables the staff to get in there and really engage with the children with imaginative play.
The computer is also on the carpet area, again in a bigger space to enable more children to use and observe the computer at one time. I have definitely seen more active participants in the ICT area.
The children have asset of drawers filled with everything they need to make marks, they have shown a lot of interest in this over the week. The changes have been a great success!
