Again I would like to thank everyone for the help and support of our new phonics weekly letters and sound. The children enjoying having something to share and talk about during our circle times. Which helps in aiding their communication skills. This week we have had lots of fun playing in our home corner, which is no Wigwams Shop with very good value at Wigwam prices!
We have also covered gross and fine motor skills within our focus / key person activities. Practicing our co-ordination skills during football with Gary we also got a little competitive whilst playing team games collecting the balls and shooting them into the nets to score points. This is also good for our turn taking skills.
During our cooking activity this week we made bread rolls with Jane and ate them for tea, they were yummy. It was fun weighing and mixing all of the ingredients together. This was an excellent activity for the children.
