Parent Portal

The Wigwam Parent Portal is a secure online system that allows you read-only access to the information stored on our Management System about your children.

Our Parent Portal is completely secure and can be accessed through the protected gateway below with a username and password. To obtain your unique username and password please contact the nursery.

You can log-in to view your child's allergy, medical and dietary requirements, as well as the details of any carers and/or siblings associated with your child.

You can view your child's session history and what they've got booked for the coming months. Using the 'Communicate' feature, you can also highlight any errors, request changes to be made and/or extra sessions to be added.

Invoices, payments and credit notes are also available for you to view online, so you can check your invoices, view the breakdown of sessions and find out exactly what you have been charged for.
