The Wigwam Garden

The Wigwam Garden has had lots of attention and TLC this week! With thanks to our incredible nursery team, we now have a new mud kitchen. The rest of the garden has also been transformed to create an improved natural, varied and exciting play space.

The delight from the children when it was revealed to them was so lovely to see! We’ve all had a wonderful time exploring the new areas and resources. The Wigwam Day Nursery may only be a short walk from Reading town centre, but when we’re out there we can be at the beach, in our own Mud Cafe, or stars in our own singing show!

We’d love to hear what your children told you when they got home.

Did they find treasure buried in the sandpit?

Did they make a cake in the new mud kitchen?

Did they listen to a story in our cosy new book area?

Did they stand on the stage and sing to an audience? Did they play something in the new planting area?

Did they build with the stones and transport them in a bucket?
