Vanilla Play Dough and Pine Cones

We’ve had a fantastic day exploring play dough today. By using vanilla scented play dough we created an all round sensory experience. Using natural materials found outside made this activity even more curious and exciting! Making patterns with pine cones was a big hit with the children!

It was great fun squishing and poking the play dough too! We used lots of wonderfully descriptive words during this activity:
