Our Latest News!
Our wonderful inter-generational visits for our Deers have now all been planned for this half term. As always the children gain so much from attending St Luke’s care home and the connections they have made with their ‘friends’ the residents. Look out for photos and hearing all about the children’s adventures
Squirrels have a keen interest in trains and transport at the moment. They have been playing with the trains and tracks, making marks with the trains in paint and gloop, looking at the different types of trains they may see and sharing their train ride experiences. Please look out for details on an upcoming trip to our local train station for the children to add this real life experience to their current play.
On 14th February our children will have the opportunity to attend our Valentines dinner. Lunch time will have love in the air as the dinner will be served with added red sparkles, hearts and flowers and conversations around love and care for our friends and family.
Deers will soon be heading to our local library to hear new stories and to link up with this amazing resource. The trip aims to enhance the Deers love for reading and books.
